Saurav Ganguly & Indian mentality

Indians have suffered with a disease endemically. Nobody   here is inclined to declare their inning despite how less workability is left inside. It doesn’t matter if he is cricketer or bureaucrat or politician or bollywood actor or etc etc.
Look at Saurav  Ganguly, once one of the most successful captain of India, a great cricketer, fierce competitor, loved by all Indian now reduced to a replacement player for  Ashish nehra  featuring Pune warrior .That great player now would be remembered different way, a funny way, a humiliating way. He didn’t play credibly during last season of IPL for Kolkata knight rider, franchise has lost interest in him but he refuses to accept it.  That was the time when he could declare his inning gracefully but he again put him up for auction, nobody showed interest, left him humiliated, alone. And technically game had quit on him. Still he had chance to go out from game with dignity that time. But we didn’t hear any announcement, Soon he became visible in commentary box, I thought, OK! now he understands his position & adjusted with neck tie instead of colored T-shirt of any IPL team”, but suddenly he comes  back like monster in horror movie , this time for  Pune warrior, but not as  a secret weapon of team  but just as bench warmer, a replacement for injured player(oh God how mighty have fallen!). Even we are humiliated as  Indians.
Just  see Shane warne, he quit test cricket & oneday cricket  when he was on peak, Now when he is still  lynchpin  of his team in IPL, Rajasthan Royals, he announced that this is his last season in IPL.
Other faculties in India are not much different , Atal bihari vajpai enjoyed replacement of his knees for free during his PM tenure, his knees refused to carry his  own weight but still he dragged whole country on his mercy. Manmohan singh   is in his late seventies, having heart surgery, should avoid extra burden, but it is difficult to him to leave office. Mr. LK advani, 83, has crossed the age of Vanprasthashrum  is still playing pivotal role in BJP politics though he had lost his bid for post of prime minister. Look at  ministers of cabinet, most of  them have incapacitating health issues, still don’t want to leave minister's bungalows.
On other side just compare fitness of Barrack Obama .
George bush retired at the age of 61, Tony blair, former prime minister of UK was of just 52when he  had quit politics, David Cameron present head of UK is just splashing in age of 44.
Now look at bureaucrats, judges in India they try to grab various posts in various  committees after retirement
In bollywood just see Govinda  is still making execrable comedies, evergreen Dev Anand is still busy in making  such movies  which nobody watches .
